In anticipation of my selection for the Great Britain diving team for the Rio Olympics I've been using my time in Gap, while we've been resting up on a campsite with a pool, to work on my opening dive....the running bomb. As you can see from the images below I'm pretty confident I'll be selected and perhaps even have an outside chance of a medal. However, I'm not taking anything for granted and have been working on hard on my technique.
However, even if the diving doesn't work out I'll be lobbying the IOC as hard as I can to include short sliding in the next Olympics!
