After more than six years on the road, we've finally gotten around to writing the book we've always wanted to write.
'What Adventures Shall We Have Today?' tracks our journey from a hospital bed to our first motorhome and all of the marvellous adventures that have followed ever since. From mountains to deserts, sea to sky, and pedal power to puppies, all of the highlights and challenges are contained within these pages.
Although it's first and foremost a travel story, the underlying theme is one of creating a simpler life amidst a complex and often confusing world. It's a perfect story for anyone whose ever felt that there could be more to life, or wanted to make a drastic life change themselves.
Here are just a few highlight photos from the past six years relating to some of the chapters in the book, just to whet your whistle.....

Walking Through Paradise - Day 4 Photo Diary - Off Plan
May 28, 2020
Day four of our journey through Western Europe's largest nature reserve once again began in a dense mist that suggested we had another cold day in store. Fortunately, we were wrong.
As the clouds slowly rose and they unveiled a stunning world of crags and glaciers, we made a decision. Deviating from the Tour of the Vanoise that we'd initially resolved to follow, we pursued a variant route along the long Vallon de la Rocheure towards the Refuge de la Femme where we arrived at the end of long trek to be greeted by a beautiful donkey. With a sub-zero night in store, we were never more grateful for the warmth of these charming and remote refuges.
